Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the return address. Returns sent after this period will not be accepted.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility.

Note: Items marked as Final Sale or purchased with discounts are not eligible for return.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at order.customeraid@gmail.com if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged.

  • You receive the wrong item.

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

Digital Products

All sales of digital products (e.g., downloads, e-books, online content) are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a digital product, you agree to waive your right to a refund once access or download has been initiated.


Subscriptions

Subscription-based services are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, you will not be charged for the following cycle.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at order.customeraid@gmail.com.

Important: If an exchange has been processed, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
